3. Lower Body Super Set

If you have been consistent with the 2 previous workout programs, you must feel your body stronger by now. At least until the end of this month, you will feel a change in your body even more.
This first stage of the weekly workout program is to get your body used to what is coming for the next two months. In this special workout where the focus will be on the lower body, we all want a stronger lower body which is crucial for your performance. Whether it is to improve your sports performance or just daily functional fitness. We will be working the glutes, the butt, the quadriceps, the hamstrings,  the calves but also the core muscles and improve your balance.

Now make sure you do not skip a leg day. This workout program is 100% home-based workout, no excuses! Like always, perform your warm-up exercises, you can look it up on youtube and do the one you are comfortable with for 5 minutes.

 

Now get going, you will need an exercise mat and a pair of dumbells. Do this set of exercise 3 times a week with a day rest in between.

Having a full-time job does make it hard to go the gym and still keep up with a healthy lifestyle. Each of the bodybykatiam workout programs takes 30-40 minutes with a minimum workout equipment. If you have any questions please do not hesitate.
